Holy omg my favourite pancakes I’ve ever made 😍! The recipe is 1 cup of oats (grinded up into oat flour), 1/3 cup of egg whites, and as much milk as you need to get to the right consistency! (If adding protein powder, add more milk) I added in chocolate chips (obviously) 🍫 and then topped them with melted peanut butter! Soooo good and fluffy 💪.
FINALLY found a healthy pancake recipe without bananas! 🙅🍌 I just threw in about 1/2 cup of oats and then blended them into oat flour, 1 egg (beaten in with flour), then I added some almond milk but I didn’t measure it (just added it until the right consistency)! You can also add in some protein powder but you’ll have to add in more almond milk if you do! Soooo good and I topped it with melted Peanut Butter and blueberries! 💪
